On the Noctis Aurora menu, testosterone replacement therapy sits under “Labs, TRT, and More,” described as tailored hormone balancing to restore energy, mood and focus. Two requirements come with it: lab monitoring, and a consultation before the initial treatment. This guide explains why the lab work matters.
Why the test is usually in the morning
Testosterone is measured with a blood test. MedlinePlus explains that the level changes through the day, so the sample is usually taken in the morning, between about 7 and 10, when it tends to be highest. It also notes the test is used to monitor people who are taking hormone therapy, which is exactly why monitoring is part of TRT rather than a one-time step.
What the FDA changed in 2025
In February 2025 the FDA announced class-wide labeling changes for testosterone products. Studies had confirmed an increase in blood pressure with all testosterone products, so the agency added a blood pressure warning to labels that lacked one. At the same time it removed boxed-warning language about an increased risk of adverse cardiovascular outcomes, following a large trial. Ongoing checks, blood pressure included, are part of taking testosterone responsibly.
Lab optimization on its own
Not everyone who asks about labs is asking about testosterone. Noctis Aurora’s lab optimization is comprehensive lab testing with a personalized wellness assessment, meant to evaluate key health markers and find where your health and energy could improve. The same section of the menu lists Sermorelin/Tesamorelin, which the spa offers to stimulate natural growth hormone production, and the Lipo-C “Fat Burning Shot,” given weekly, twice a week or monthly. None has a published price.
How to begin
Start with the virtual consultation every first-time client completes, or call (618) 402-7337 for personalized wellness support. Prescription products cannot be returned or refunded once purchased or administered, as the policies say. The services are described on the labs, TRT and more page; for a structured plan around weight, see the Weight Loss Program.
