The treatment
Microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy, passes a pen of very fine needles over the skin. The needles make tiny channels in the outer layers, and the skin responds by repairing them.
Noctis Aurora describes it as “more than a treatment”: “a luxurious ritual designed to awaken your skin’s natural radiance, refine its texture, and reveal a smoother, more luminous complexion.” It brings that ritual to your home, and having it in your own room, at your own pace, is a large part of the point.
A free consultation first
Before an initial microneedling treatment the spa requires a consultation, and it is free. It is also virtual, so it happens on your phone rather than at the end of a drive. It is the place to ask the questions this page can’t answer for your skin in particular: how many sessions, how far apart, what the days after look like and what it will cost. The spa doesn’t publish a flat microneedling price for that reason.
Booking it
Once the consultation is done, request microneedling online, choose a date and time, and enter your service location in the note section of the booking summary. A deposit may be required, and it is applied toward the service. Give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule; with less, there is a $50 cancellation fee.
Completed sessions aren’t refundable. If anything about the result concerns you, contact the spa within 72 hours.

How much does microneedling cost?

Yes, the microneedling consultation is free and it is required before the first treatment. It happens by video like every Noctis Aurora consultation, so there is no drive and no waiting room, and you can ask about cost, downtime and how many sessions to plan for.
Can I get microneedling done at home?
Yes. Noctis Aurora is a mobile spa, so microneedling is done at your home or another place you choose. Request the service online after your consultation, add the address to the booking notes, and the team reaches out to confirm the date and time.
Can I get a refund on a microneedling session?
No, completed services are final and non-refundable, and the spa’s policy says results vary. If you have a concern, raise it within 72 hours; the provider may offer a follow-up assessment or touch-up at their discretion.
