A spa that travels to the party
Because Noctis Aurora has no clinic, an event is simply a bigger version of what it does every day: the providers come to the address in the booking notes. Private events, parties and group bookings are all taken, by request, and so are after-hours appointments for one person whose day doesn’t end at five.
Regular hours are Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 and Saturday from 9 to 3. Outside those, including Sundays, the after-hours and event option is open every day of the week.
How to plan one
Call (618) 402-7337, or write to noctisauroraspa@gmail.com, the address the spa gives for after-hours and event requests. Have the date, the place and a rough headcount ready, along with which treatments your guests are curious about.
One thing to plan for: anyone who has never been treated by Noctis Aurora books a virtual consultation first, party or not. Getting those done in the days before means the evening itself is spent on the treatments.
Deposits and changes
A deposit may be required to reserve an appointment, and it is applied toward the service. With at least 24 hours’ notice a deposit may be transferred to a future appointment; with less, it is non-refundable. If the spa has to cancel on its side, for provider availability, weather, equipment issues or other unforeseen circumstances, you choose to reschedule at no additional charge or receive a full refund of any prepaid amount. Can Noctis Aurora come to a party or group event?
Yes, private events, parties and group bookings are taken by request. Call (618) 402-7337 to plan one, or email noctisauroraspa@gmail.com, which the spa lists for after-hours and private event requests. The team works out the guests, the treatments and the time with you.
Do you offer after-hours appointments?
Yes, after-hours appointments and events can be arranged any day of the week by request. Regular hours are Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; anything outside that is set up by phone at (618) 402-7337.
Can I book a Sunday appointment?
Sunday is by request only, through the after-hours and event option. Call (618) 402-7337 with the date, the place and how many people, and the team will tell you what is possible. Weekday and Saturday visits can be requested online as usual.
Does each guest need a consultation?
Every first-time client books a virtual consultation before a treatment, and that applies at a party too. Guests who are already clients can skip it. Plan the consultations a few days ahead so the event day is spent on treatments rather than paperwork.
