Noctis Aurora takes private events, parties, group bookings and after-hours appointments by request, any day of the week. A spa party at home is a lovely idea, and a little planning keeps it that way. This guide is written for the host.
Settle the guest list early
Every first-time client completes a virtual consultation before receiving services, and that applies at a party too. Send guests the booking link a week or so ahead so the consultations happen before the day, not during it. Then call (618) 402-7337 with the date, the address and how many people are coming.
Choose treatments that suit a room full of people
IV hydration bags and injections are easy to run side by side, and the published prices apply to each guest. Treatments decided at a consultation, such as neurotoxin, need that consultation first.
Treatments first, champagne after
This is the one rule worth keeping. The Aesthetic Society warns that alcohol and injectable treatments mix badly, not least because a guest who has been drinking cannot give proper informed consent. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons also stresses choosing a qualified injector. Pour the drinks once the treatments are done.
Deposits and changes
Expect that a deposit may be required to hold the date; it counts toward the services. A deposit may be transferred to a future appointment when you give at least 24 hours’ notice; with less, it is non-refundable, and a cancellation inside 24 hours carries a $50 fee. If the spa has to cancel, you choose to reschedule at no additional charge or receive a full refund of any prepaid amount. The full wording is on the policies page, and the event details on private events.
