“Want to optimize your weight loss journey? We are here to help from the inside out.” That is how Noctis Aurora introduces its Weight Loss Program. Before choosing any program, it helps to know what public health sources consider a realistic pace and a safe set-up.
What a realistic pace looks like
The CDC says people who lose weight gradually and steadily, about 1 to 2 pounds a week, are more likely to keep it off. The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases suggests a goal of losing 5 to 10 percent of your starting weight within six months, noting that even that amount can bring health benefits.
Questions worth asking any program
The NIDDK’s guide recommends asking what the program includes, whether it has a plan for keeping weight off, and whether any medicine is involved and who oversees it. A program that promises fast, guaranteed results is the one to walk away from. Noctis Aurora’s own policy is that results vary and no guarantees are made.
What the Noctis Aurora program offers
The spa offers personalized diet and exercise plans, whether you want fresh meal ideas, a structured fitness routine or simple ways to stay motivated and on track. To complement your goals, the menu says to ask about its IM injections and oral supplements. The program has no published price; the menu says to book a consultation or contact the spa for more information.
There is also the B-Lean Bag, a $200 IV made without stimulants for weight management, covered on the IV hydration page. The program itself is on the weight loss page, and the Lipo-C “Fat Burning Shot” is under labs, TRT and more.
