Noctis Aurora’s injections start at $50 per injection, and they are available alone or as add-ons. The menu sorts them by what you are after: deep hydration, renewed energy, enhanced recovery, radiant skin, immune support or weight loss. Only a limited selection appears at booking; for the full list of products, call or contact the spa. Here is what the visit itself involves.
How an intramuscular injection is given
Most of these are intramuscular, or IM, injections: the medicine goes into a muscle, where it is absorbed into the blood. MedlinePlus names the usual sites, the upper arm, the thigh and the hip or buttock, and explains why muscle is chosen: it has a good blood supply. The needle is in and out in a few seconds.
Why B12 is the one everyone has heard of
Vitamin B12 shots have a real medical history. MedlinePlus describes B12 deficiency anemia and notes that people who cannot absorb B12 from food are often treated with B12 shots, at first frequently and later about once a month. That is a medical treatment for a diagnosed deficiency; a wellness injection at home is a different thing, and Noctis Aurora’s injections are subject to the prescriber’s discretion for that reason.
Alone, or added to something else
An injection can be its own short appointment or ride along with a longer one. Adding it to an IV hydration bag means one visit and one trip. NAD+ is also available as an injection, $50 for each 50mg, covered on the NAD+ page; a 2023 review of the clinical evidence is a sober read on what it can and can’t yet be shown to do. And if weight is your goal, the Weight Loss Program invites you to ask about the spa’s IM injections and oral supplements.
Questions to bring
Which injection suits what you want, how often it is given, and whether anything in your health history rules it out. Those are the questions for the virtual consultation every first-time client completes. The menu and booking details are on the vitamin injections page.
